We use both horizontal and vertical moulding machines ranging from 30 Ton to 150 Ton for both injection and compression moulding.

We perform Thermoset and Thermoplastic moulding of almost all engineering plastic materials in our Moulding shop.

We also do insert moulding for a number of our clients and also perform pre-mould and over-moulds on our products.

We use 5 to 80 Ton high speed presses that have capability to operate at 600 strokes per minute.

Stamping for different materials like CRCA, GI, Copper, Phosphor Bronze, Beryllium Copper, Nickel Silver, Stainless Steel, Spring Steel, etc is performed in our Stamping shop by using progressive tooling.

We also do draw and forming operations in our stamping shop.

We do electroplating in Gilard for nickel, tin, copper, zinc, silver and even gold.

All platings are ROHS compliant and an in-house captive Effluent Treatment Plant is used to treat the ef?uent which is recycled and reused within the company, thereby achieving Zero Liquid Discharge.

We have an in-house Automats shop which is equipped with Traubs and sliding head machines to manufacture precision turned and machined parts using various raw material like steel, brass, copper and phosphor bronze.

Our highly skilled workers also work on coil bending machines to manufacture special springs and coils.
