CSR is not mandated by law upon us. Still, we feel very strongly about our Social Responsibility.
We believe that the main purpose of any organisation is to be a positive contributor to the society.
We have a dedicated in-house CSR team named EHSAS which stands for Environment, Health, Safety & Society,
which has been active since 2011 and works towards sensitisation of our immediate society on various social issues.
Gilard has always been in the news for good reasons. Either it has been in the headlines for winning awards and laurels or for coverage on management’s best practices
or on Gilard’s Ethical working.

Gilard believes in strong communication with all of its stakeholders. The in-house Quarterly Newsletter titled ‘Alfaaz’ was initiated in 2014.
Its printed hardcopy is circulated to all employees and visitors. A soft copy is sent to our customers, suppliers and is also posted on Gilard’s Facebook page.

Gilard is very active in organising social and cultural events for all Gilardians.
From Annual Day to Sports Day, Environment Month or a visit by Gilard’s very own Green Santa, Gilardians are active participants in all these events and actively look forward to them.
