Conduct time study for line balancing
Assist in VA/VE activities, help in Kaizen and PokaYoke implementation on assembly lines.
Conduct validation study as evidence for any design change
Follow up with other departments for implementation of any design change or with Tool Room for any Tooling Change
Assist in CAPA for customer complaints and FGI rejections
Record any defect due to a Child Part in Assembly and report to IGI
Analyse rejections in Assembly Line Level and resolve it using CAPA
Making of Reports: Dimensional Comparison, Quality Reports for Assembly Production, Process Capability Study
Review and edit Bill of Material and Data Entry in the software as per Seniors guideline
Follow PDCA cycle and assist in CAPA
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Experience of minimum 0 years to maximum 2 years
Engineering Drawing: First angle, Third angle, Dimensioning & Tolerance.
Instrument Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer.
Types of machining process: Conventional – Lathe, Milling, Grinding, Drilling, Hexa. Non-Conventional – EDM, EDM Drilling, Laser Cutting, Water Jet Cutting.
Knowledge of Electrical Terminology: Ohm Law, DC vs AC.
Basic Knowledge of Plastic Manufacturing.
Methods of Joining: Riveting, Welding, Soldering and Temporary Joints like fasteners.
Knowledge of material properties under stress like malleability, ductility, creep, elasticity.
